Remodel just completed including new ac units etc. Each unit has a fenced front yard and back yard. Two new wall AC units to be installed around June 20. One AC per unit to be installed in each living room. This duplex feels more like two single-family homes. It is only connected at the garages. New roof to be completed 8/7/24.
